read and accept these Terms without reservation.<\/p>\n\n        <p>The services offered include:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>transfers to and from Paris airports;<\/li>\n          <li>transfers to and from train stations;<\/li>\n          <li>transfers to and from Disneyland Paris;<\/li>\n          <li>vehicle hire with a private chauffeur;<\/li>\n          <li>transfers to and from the Port of Le Havre;<\/li>\n          <li>long-distance journeys;<\/li>\n          <li>private tours and excursions;<\/li>\n          <li>services for businesses, travel agencies, concierge <\/h2>\n\n        <p>Paris Ride services are available by advance booking.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Unless exceptionally agreed otherwise by Paris Ride, online bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the requested pickup time.<\/p>\n\n        <p>A booking is considered registered once the customer has:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>provided the information required to deliver the service;<\/li>\n          <li>accepted these Terms;<\/li>\n          <li>made the required payment or deposit;<\/li>\n          <li>received a booking confirmation from Paris Ride.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p>The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when booking, including:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>first and last name;<\/li>\n          <li>telephone number;<\/li>\n          <li>email address;<\/li>\n          <li>pickup date and time;<\/li>\n          <li>pickup address and destination;<\/li>\n          <li>flight or train number, where applicable;<\/li>\n          <li>number of passengers;<\/li>\n          <li>number of luggage items and any unusual dimensions;<\/li>\n          <li>any specific requirements concerning children or other passengers.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p>Paris Ride shall not be held liable for any error or omission that may prevent or delay the provision of the service.<\/p>\n id=\"pr-terms-heading-4\">\n          <span>04<\/span> Booking Types\n        <\/h2>\n\n        <p>Paris Ride offers the following booking types:<\/p>\n\n        <h3>One-way journey<\/h3>\n        <p>The chauffeur transports the customer from the pickup location to the destination specified at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n        <h3>Return journey<\/h3>\n        <p>The customer may book an outbound journey and a return journey at the same time. The dates, times and pickup locations must be specified when booking.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Each journey constitutes a service arranged in accordance with the information provided in the booking confirmation.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section\n        class=\"pr-terms__article\"\n        id=\"pr-terms-5\"\n        tabindex=\"-1\"\n        aria-labelledby=\"pr-terms-heading-5\"\n      >\n        <h2 id=\"pr-terms-heading-5\">\n          <span>05<\/span> Airport and Train Station Transfers\n        <\/h2>\n\n        <p>Paris Ride provides transfers to and from locations including:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>Paris Charles-de-Gaulle (CDG);<\/li>\n          <li>Paris-Orly (ORY);<\/li>\n          <li>Paris-Beauvais (BVA);<\/li>\n          <li>Gare du Nord;<\/li>\n          <li>Gare de Lyon;<\/li>\n          <li>Gare de l'Est;<\/li>\n          <li>Gare Montparnasse;<\/li>\n          <li>Gare Saint-Lazare;<\/li>\n          <li>Gare d'Austerlitz;<\/li>\n          <li>as well as other stations and terminals served by advance booking.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p>When a flight or train number is provided, Paris Ride may monitor its arrival time to adjust the pickup in the event of an early arrival or delay.<\/p>\n\n        <p>The chauffeur may contact the passenger by telephone or WhatsApp to help arrange the meeting.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Depending on the service booked, the chauffeur will wait for the customer at the agreed meeting point with a personalised name sign.<\/p>\n\n        <p>The customer must ensure that they can be reached on the telephone number provided when booking on the day of the service.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section\n        class=\"pr-terms__article\"\n        id=\"pr-terms-6\"\n        tabindex=\"-1\"\n        aria-labelledby=\"pr-terms-heading-6\"\n      >\n        <h2 id=\"pr-terms-heading-6\">\n          <span>06<\/span> Waiting Time\n        <\/h2>\n\n        <p>A reasonable waiting time may be included in certain services, particularly for airport and train station pickups.<\/p>\n\n        <p>The exact conditions applicable to waiting time may be specified when booking or in the order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n        <p>If the customer is significantly delayed for reasons unrelated to a flight or train delay notified to Paris Ride, an additional charge may apply.<\/p>\n\n        <p>If the chauffeur is unable to contact the customer after the applicable waiting period has elapsed, the booking may be treated as a no-show.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section\n        class=\"pr-terms__article\"\n        id=\"pr-terms-7\"\n        tabindex=\"-1\"\n        aria-labelledby=\"pr-terms-heading-7\"\n      >\n        <h2 id=\"pr-terms-heading-7\">\n          <span>07<\/span> Private Chauffeur Hire\n        <\/h2>\n\n        <p>Paris Ride offers a private chauffeur hire service, allowing the customer to have a vehicle and chauffeur at their disposal for a specified period.<\/p>\n\n        <p>The minimum booking duration is 3 hours.<\/p>\n\n        <p>The vehicle categories available for this service are:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>Mercedes S-Class or an equivalent premium vehicle;<\/li>\n          <li>Premium Van for up to 6 passengers;<\/li>\n          <li>Premium Van for up to 8 passengers.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p>During the booked period, the customer may make several journeys and stops within the duration, geographical area and conditions agreed at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Any extension is subject to the chauffeur's availability and may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section\n        class=\"pr-terms__article\"\n        id=\"pr-terms-8\"\n        tabindex=\"-1\"\n        aria-labelledby=\"pr-terms-heading-8\"\n      >\n        <h2 id=\"pr-terms-heading-8\">\n          <span>08<\/span> Long-Distance Journeys\n        <\/h2>\n\n        <p>Paris Ride offers long-distance journeys to and from Paris, serving various destinations in France and, subject to acceptance, in Europe.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Long-distance services are provided by van, depending on the category selected and the number of passengers.<\/p>\n\n        <p>The price is determined by factors including:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>distance;<\/li>\n          <li>estimated duration;<\/li>\n          <li>destination;<\/li>\n          <li>any tolls;<\/li>\n          <li>specific journey constraints;<\/li>\n          <li>waiting time;<\/li>\n          <li>any accommodation costs for the chauffeur;<\/li>\n          <li>the customer's specific requests.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p>Additional stops not included in the original booking may incur extra charges.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section\n        class=\"pr-terms__article\"\n        id=\"pr-terms-9\"\n        tabindex=\"-1\"\n        aria-labelledby=\"pr-terms-heading-9\"\n      >\n        <h2 id=\"pr-terms-heading-9\">\n          <span>09<\/span> Disneyland Paris\n        <\/h2>\n\n        <p>Paris Ride offers private transfers to and from Disneyland Paris, including pickups from:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>Paris;<\/li>\n          <li>airports;<\/li>\n          <li>train stations;<\/li>\n          <li>hotels;<\/li>\n          <li>or any other address accepted at the time of booking.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p>Child seats or booster seats may be requested when booking, subject to availability and the applicable pricing conditions.<\/p>\n\n        <p>The customer must provide the child's age and, where necessary, other relevant information so that Paris Ride can arrange suitable equipment.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section\n        class=\"pr-terms__article\"\n        id=\"pr-terms-10\"\n        tabindex=\"-1\"\n        aria-labelledby=\"pr-terms-heading-10\"\n      >\n        <h2 id=\"pr-terms-heading-10\">\n          <span>10<\/span> Vehicles\n        <\/h2>\n\n        <p>Paris Ride offers various vehicle categories depending on the service booked, including:<\/p>\n\n        <h3>Business Sedan - Mercedes E-Class \/ Lexus ES or equivalent<\/h3>\n        <p>Up to 3 passengers, depending on the configuration and luggage.<\/p>\n\n        <h3>Premium Sedan - Mercedes S-Class or equivalent<\/h3>\n        <p>Up to 3 passengers, depending on the configuration and luggage.<\/p>\n\n        <h3>Van - Mercedes V-Class or equivalent<\/h3>\n        <p>Up to 6 passengers, depending on the configuration.<\/p>\n\n        <h3>Premium Van - Mercedes V-Class or equivalent<\/h3>\n        <p>Up to 8 passengers, depending on the approved configuration.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Photographs displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes. A booking is for a vehicle category and not necessarily a specific model, colour or registration number.<\/p>\n\n        <p>In the event of exceptional unavailability, Paris Ride may provide a vehicle of an equivalent or higher category without reducing the quality of the service.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section\n        class=\"pr-terms__article\"\n        id=\"pr-terms-11\"\n        tabindex=\"-1\"\n        aria-labelledby=\"pr-terms-heading-11\"\n      >\n        <h2 id=\"pr-terms-heading-11\">\n          <span>11<\/span> Luggage\n        <\/h2>\n\n        <p>The customer must select a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and the amount of luggage to be carried.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Unusually bulky luggage, sports equipment, multiple pushchairs, wheelchairs or other special items must be declared before the service.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Paris Ride may refuse to carry an item if its dimensions, weight, nature or condition pose a risk to passengers, the chauffeur or the vehicle.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section\n        class=\"pr-terms__article\"\n        id=\"pr-terms-12\"\n        tabindex=\"-1\"\n        aria-labelledby=\"pr-terms-heading-12\"\n      >\n        <h2 id=\"pr-terms-heading-12\">\n          <span>12<\/span> Prices\n        <\/h2>\n\n        <p>The applicable prices are those indicated at the time of booking or stated in the quotation accepted by the customer.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed to consumers are expressed in euros and include all taxes.<\/p>\n\n        <p>The price may take into account:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>distance;<\/li>\n          <li>journey time;<\/li>\n          <li>vehicle category;<\/li>\n          <li>number of hours booked;<\/li>\n          <li>tolls;<\/li>\n          <li>parking charges;<\/li>\n          <li>special service times;<\/li>\n          <li>additional services and optional extras.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p>Any substantial change requested by the customer after confirmation may result in a price adjustment.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section\n        class=\"pr-terms__article\"\n <\/h2>\n\n        <p>For bookings made on the website, Paris Ride may require a deposit of 30% at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n        <p>The remaining balance is payable in accordance with the arrangements specified when placing the order or in the booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Depending on the type of service, Paris Ride may also require full payment before the service is provided.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Available payment methods may include:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>Visa;<\/li>\n          <li>Mastercard;<\/li>\n          <li>American Express;<\/li>\n          <li>Apple Pay;<\/li>\n          <li>Google Pay.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p>Electronic transactions are processed through the payment provider available on the website.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Paris Ride does not directly store the customer's full payment card details.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section\n        class=\"pr-terms__article\"\n        id=\"pr-terms-14\"\n <\/h2>\n\n        <p>Additional services may be offered when booking, including:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>meet and greet with a personalised name sign;<\/li>\n          <li>child seat;<\/li>\n          <li>booster seat;<\/li>\n          <li>additional stops;<\/li>\n          <li>special requests.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p>Where an optional extra is chargeable, its price is indicated at the time of booking or in the quotation.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Optional extras must be booked sufficiently in advance and remain subject to availability.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n id=\"pr-terms-heading-15\">\n          <span>15<\/span> Booking Changes\n        <\/h2>\n\n        <p>Any request to change a booking must be communicated to Paris Ride as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n        <p>A change relating to any of the following:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>date;<\/li>\n          <li>time;<\/li>\n          <li>pickup location;<\/li>\n          <li>destination;<\/li>\n          <li>number of passengers;<\/li>\n          <li>vehicle category;<\/li>\n          <li>or itinerary,<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p>remains subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n        <p>If the change increases the cost of the service, Paris Ride will inform the customer of the additional amount payable.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section\n        class=\"pr-terms__article\"\n        id=\"pr-terms-16\"\n        tabindex=\"-1\"\n        aria-labelledby=\"pr-terms-heading-16\"\n      >\n        <h2 id=\"pr-terms-heading-16\">\n          <span>16<\/span> Cancellation by the Customer\n        <\/h2>\n\n        <p>Unless specific conditions are stated in the quotation or booking:<\/p>\n\n        <p>More than 48 hours before pickup: cancellation free of charge or a refund of the amounts paid, subject to any non-recoverable costs expressly accepted when placing the order.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: Paris Ride may retain all or part of the
