In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy, known as L.C.E.N., users and visitors, hereinafter referred to as “the User”, to the site www.parisride.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, are hereby informed of the present legal notice. Connection to and browsing of the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present legal notice. These are available on the Site under the heading ” Legal information “.

ARTICLE 1 – THE PUBLISHER

Reservation requests can be made online via the website, by telephone or by e-mail.

ARTICLE 2 – THE HOST

The Site is hosted by IONOS SARL, whose registered office is located at 7 place de la Gare, BP 70109, 57200 Sarreguemines.

ARTICLE 3 – SITE ACCESS

The Site is accessible at all times, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption, or where maintenance is required. The Publisher shall not be held liable for any modification, interruption or suspension of the Site.

ARTICLE 4 – DATA COLLECTION

The Site ensures that the User’s personal information is collected and processed in compliance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. Under the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to his or her personal data. The User may exercise this right:
